Job description
An occupational health provider is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a two-day assignment in Lebanon, IN. This role focuses on conducting human performance exams, clearance evaluations, and focused health screenings in a fast-paced event setting.
About the Opportunity:
Schedule: Tuesday, October 27th & Wednesday, October 28th
Hours: 7am to 6pm
Setting: Onsite event setting
Responsibilities: Perform human performance exams, including functional movement and musculoskeletal stability evaluations
Assess lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, range of motion, strength, and endurance capabilities.
Conduct focused physical exams and health screenings, including vital signs, medical history review, and eneral assessment
Make medical clearance and fit-for-duty determinations based on clinical findings and physical demand requirements
Document evaluations accurately and work collaboratively with onsite clinical and operational teams to support workflow efficiency
Qualifications: Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
Experience making clinical clearance decisions and assessing functional capacity for job-specific tasks
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume screening setting
Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and decision-making skills
Desired Skills: Experience in occupational health, urgent care, employee health, or pre-employment screenings
