Your Responsibilities

Carrying out thorough patient evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic exams, and crafting customized care strategies

Diagnosing and managing acute or chronic medical conditions, collaborating with physicians or independently per credentialing

Providing educational support to patients and families around health maintenance, preventive measures, and chronic illness management

Prescribing necessary medications and therapies consistent with your practice scope

Engaging in follow-up care and chronic disease management with diligence

Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centric care

Ensuring meticulous documentation within electronic health records (EHR)

Qualifications Necessary

A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Licenses and Certifications

Active Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or capability to obtain within 90 days)
