Your Responsibilities
Conducting thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and developing tailored care plans
Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses, either independently or in collaboration with physicians, based on your credentials
Educating patients and families about prevention strategies, wellness practices, and disease management
Prescribing medications and therapies within your professional scope
Engaging in patient follow-ups and overseeing chronic care management
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
Meticulously documenting within electronic medical records (EMR)
Education and Credentials
Holding a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) program
Required Certifications
Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Ohio
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC), or an equivalent specialty
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or a willingness to obtain them within 90 days
Essential Skills
Excellent clinical judgment complemented by a compassionate approach
Outstanding communication abilities with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Familiarity with EMR systems and competence in telehealth environments
