Your Role in This Journey
Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary tests, and crafting personalized care strategies
Diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic medical conditions collaboratively with physicians or independently (as per credentialing)
Instructing patients and their families about preventive care, wellness initiatives, and managing chronic diseases
Prescribing medications and therapeutic interventions in line with your scope of practice
Engaging in follow-up care and chronic condition management
Working together with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee comprehensive, patient-centered care
Meticulously documenting within electronic medical records (EMR)
Education Requirements
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Required Certifications
Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent specialization
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to acquire within 90 days)
