Your Responsibilities
Performing comprehensive patient evaluations, initiating diagnostic procedures, and creating personalized care strategies
Identifying and treating acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in collaboration with physicians or independently as permitted by credentialing
Guiding patients and families on wellness, prevention, and chronic illness management
Prescribing medications and therapies in alignment with your scope of practice
Engaging in patient follow-up and chronic care initiatives
Partnering with interdisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive and holistic care
Accurately documenting all encounters in electronic medical records (EMR)
Education Background
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Required Credentials
Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in California
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to obtain these within 90 days)
Key Skills and Attributes
Strong clinical judgment along with an empathetic approach
Exceptional communication capabilities with patients, families, and healthcare staff

Familiarity with EMR systems and comfort with telehealth technologies
