Overview:
Our practice in Cliffside Park is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule within a supportive, collaborative clinical environment.
Position Offers:
Schedule: Monday Friday, daytime hours
Full-time position
Competitive compensation: $125 000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical histories
Diagnose and treat a range of acute and chronic health conditions
Develop and implement individualized patient care and management plans
Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical protocols
Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
Provide patient and family education on disease prevention and treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation and support quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Active, current Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in New Jersey
Prior primary care experience preferred
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
Bilingual in Spanish required for new graduates
