Your Daily Impact

Performing thorough patient evaluations, facilitating diagnostic testing, and devising tailored care plans

Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic conditions in partnership with providers or autonomously, as applicable

Instructing patients and their families on prevention, wellness, and management of health conditions

Prescribing necessary medications and therapies within your authorized limits

Involvement in chronic care management and patient follow-up

Ensuring meticulous documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications You'll Need

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner education program

Essential Credentials

Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Georgia

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent in specialty

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to acquire within 90 days)

Distinguishing Qualities
