Your Responsibilities
Conducting thorough patient evaluations, prescribing diagnostic tests, and crafting tailored care strategies
Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic conditions either independently or in partnership with physicians
Informing patients and their families on preventive care, wellness initiatives, and chronic disease management
Prescribing medications and treatments compliant with practice guidelines
Engaging in patient follow-up and comprehensive chronic care management
Collaborating seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, holistic care
Accurately documenting patient interactions within electronic health records (EHR)
Qualifications Needed
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Essential Certifications
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or a relevant specialty
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to acquire within 90 days)
