Your Contributive Role
Performing comprehensive evaluations for patients, ordering essential diagnostic tests, and devising tailored care pathways
Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in collaboration with physicians or independently (per your credentials)
Guiding patients and families through wellness, preventive care, and disease management practices
Prescribing medications and therapies in alignment with your practice scope
Engaging in patient follow-up and managing chronic care effectively
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, holistic patient care
Ensuring meticulous documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)
Educational Background
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Licenses and Certifications Required
Current Nurse Practitioner license within California
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialization
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or capability to obtain within 90 days)
Exceptional Skills to Shine
Strong clinical judgment alongside a caring approach in patient interactions
Superb communication abilities with patients, family members, and healthcare teams
Ability to adjust seamlessly within fast-paced, patient-focused settings
Proficient with EMR systems and comfortable utilizing telehealth tools
