Your Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient evaluations, order necessary diagnostic tests, and design tailored care strategies
Diagnose and treat acute, chronic, or episodic health issues independently or in collaboration with fellow physicians
Educate patients and their families regarding preventive measures, health maintenance, and disease management
Prescribe necessary medications and therapies in accordance with established guidelines
Engage in patient follow-ups and chronic illness management
Work in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, comprehensive care
Maintain meticulous documentation via electronic medical records (EMR)
Educational Qualifications
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Certifications Required
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialties
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to obtain them within 90 days)
