Your Daily Impact
Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostics, and creating personalized treatment plans
Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses while collaborating with physicians or operating independently based on your credentials
Informing patients and their families on wellness, disease prevention, and management strategies
Prescribing medications and therapies as per your practice authority
Involving yourself in ongoing patient follow-up and chronic illness management
Working in unison with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, integrated care
Accurately and diligently document patient interactions in electronic medical records (EMR)
Qualifications We're Looking For
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program
Essential Certifications
Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in California
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or specialty equivalent
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
