Your Daily Inspirations
Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing individual care strategies
Identifying and managing acute, chronic, or episodic health conditions in conjunction with physicians or independently (as per your credentials)
Providing education to patients and their families on wellness, preventive care, and management of diseases
Prescribing medications and therapies within your professional scope
Engaging in patient follow-up and chronic care support initiatives
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, unified care
Accurately documenting all patient interactions and insights in electronic medical records (EMR)
Qualifications Needed
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Essential Certifications
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
