Your Daily Responsibilities
You will perform thorough patient evaluations and formulate tailored care plans based on individual needs.
Diagnose as well as manage acute, chronic, or episodic health issues, either in collaboration with fellow physicians or independently, depending on your credentials.
Empower patients and their families through education on prevention and disease management.
Prescribe necessary medications and therapies as per your practice scope.
Engage in ongoing patient follow-ups and chronic care management.

Maintain precise and clear documentation within electronic medical record systems.
Qualifications Needed
A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Essential Certifications
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Tennessee
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or relevant specialty equivalent
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to obtain them within a 90-day timeframe)
