Your Role
Undertaking thorough patient evaluations, requesting necessary diagnostic tests, and creating personalized care plans
Diagnosing and managing immediate, intermittent, or chronic health concerns with or without physician collaboration (as per credentialing regulations)
Providing education on wellness, prevention, and chronic disease approaches to patients and families
Prescribing medication and treatments in accordance with established guidelines
Involvement in follow-up visits and chronic care processes

Maintaining precise and comprehensive documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
Education and Credentials
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program
Essential Certifications
Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Michigan
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or relevant specialty certification
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
