Your Role Awaits
Executing comprehensive assessments, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and formulating personalized care strategies
Diagnosing and managing chronic, acute, or episodic diseases in collaboration with physicians or independently, depending on your credentials
Guiding patients and families through a journey of prevention, wellness, and effective disease management
Prescribing appropriate medications and treatments within your practice scope
Engaging in patient follow-ups and the management of chronic conditions
Working alongside interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care
Maintaining meticulous and accurate documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)
Essential Qualifications
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Required Certifications
Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or similar specialization
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or readiness to obtain within 90 days)
