Your Responsibilities
Executing thorough patient assessments, organizing diagnostic evaluations, and crafting personalized care strategies
Diagnosing and addressing acute, episodic, or chronic health conditions in cooperation with physicians or independently, as per skills and credentials
Informing patients and families on wellness practices, preventive measures, and effective disease management
Prescribing medications and therapies as per your scope of practice
Engaging in patient follow-ups and holistic chronic care management
Working collaboratively with diverse teams to provide seamless and comprehensive care
Meticulously documenting within electronic medical records (EMR)
Education & Licensing
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Required Credentials
Active Nurse Practitioner license in California
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialized credential
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or the capability to secure these within 90 days of starting
