Picture starting your morning with a refreshing run along the scenic waterfront, soaking in the vibrant sunrise over the Elizabeth River. You swing by your favorite local café for a cup of artisan coffee and a delicious breakfast before stepping into a role where your expertise makes a meaningful impact. As afternoon sets in, you'll be finishing your charts, planning to unwind at one of the lively outdoor markets, where music fills the air and community members gather like family.

This is the essence of Norfolk — where the healthcare profession intertwines with everyday living. The local economy is vibrant and diverse, the cultural scene thriving with creativity, and quality of life consistently ranks among the best in the nation. Plus, the absence of state income tax means that you can keep more of what you earn. Whether you lean towards art exhibitions or coastal fishing, spontaneous farmer's markets or enjoying a night out with live music, Norfolk offers a lifestyle that nurtures both your career aspirations and personal interests.

From the enchanting beaches and historic locales to the energy that flows through the downtown arts district and culinary spots, Norfolk is a place where the community rallies together — for their families, neighbors, and professions. Your Expertise, Our Vision — Let's Make Magic Happen

We are in search of Nurse Practitioners who aspire not just to provide care but to uplift healthcare, advocate for health equity, and forge meaningful relationships. If you are motivated by both passion and dedication, ready to practice with purpose in an environment that cherishes both excellence and balance, we would be thrilled to welcome you to our exceptional team.

Apply today and embrace a role that respects your expertise, fosters your professional growth, and brings you to Norfolk — your new home.
