Your Daily Responsibilities
Conducting thorough patient assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing personalized care plans
Diagnosing and addressing acute and chronic conditions, collaborating with healthcare professionals or working independently as needed
Providing education to patients and their families regarding health prevention, wellness practices, and chronic disease management
Prescribing necessary medications and therapies in accordance with your scope of practice
Engaging in follow-up appointments and chronic care management initiatives

Carefully documenting patient interactions and records utilizing electronic medical record systems
Qualifications
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) is required
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Necessary Certifications
Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in California
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or relevant specialty
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to secure within three months)
