Your Role in This Healing Journey
Conducting thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and developing customized care plans
Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health conditions either independently or in cooperation with physicians (as per credentialing)
Educating patients and their families on prevention, health maintenance, and long-term care strategies
Prescribing medications and treatment regimens within your scope of practice
Engaging in patient follow-up and managing chronic care effectively
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for seamless and holistic patient care
Meticulously documenting patient interactions in electronic medical records (EMR)
Qualifications
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Essential Certifications
Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Missouri
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain these within 90 days)
