Your Role in This Dynamic Environment
Performing thorough patient evaluations, initiating diagnostic procedures, and creating tailored care strategies
Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health conditions independently or in tandem with physicians
Providing education to patients and their families regarding wellness, prevention, and effective disease management
Prescribing medications and therapeutic interventions within your scope of practice
Engaging in patient follow-up and overseeing chronic care management initiatives
Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
Maintaining accurate and complete documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
Essential Qualifications
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Required Credentials
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
Nationally recognized certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or able to obtain within 90 days)
