Your Role Awaits
Conducting thorough patient assessments, ordering relevant diagnostic examinations, and developing personalized care strategies
Diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic conditions, in partnership with physicians or independently (as per credentialing)
Empowering patients and their families through education on prevention, wellness, and management of diseases
Prescribing medications and therapies appropriate within your scope of practice
Engaging in patient follow-up and managing chronic care
Working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive and seamless care
Accurately documenting within electronic medical records (EMR)
Educational Background
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Necessary Certifications
Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Florida
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or specialty equivalent
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to secure these within 90 days)
