Your Role Here
Administering thorough patient evaluations, ordering relevant diagnostic tests, and crafting individualized care strategies
Diagnosing and addressing acute, episodic, or chronic health issues, either independently or in collaboration with supervising physicians
Guiding patients and their families in prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management
Managing prescriptions and therapeutic interventions within your practice scope
Engaging in patient follow-up and ongoing chronic care management
Working alongside interdisciplinary teams to guarantee comprehensive patient care
Documenting all patient interactions meticulously within electronic medical records (EMR)
What You Need to Succeed
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Graduation from an accredited NP program that sets you up for success
Key Certifications Required
Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Ohio
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or specialty equivalent
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
