Your Role in this Journey

Performing detailed patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and crafting personalized healthcare plans

Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, and chronic health conditions, either independently or alongside physicians (depending on your credentialing)

Providing education to patients and families about prevention, general health, and effective disease management

Prescribing necessary medications and treatments that align with your scope of practice

Engaging in follow-ups and managing chronic care effectively

Working collaboratively across various teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care

Diligently documenting patient interactions and care within our electronic medical records (EMR)

What You Will Need for This Role

A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

Valid Nurse Practitioner license in California

National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to acquire these within 90 days)
