Your Role Awaits

Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and crafting personalized care strategies

Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic illnesses in concert with physicians or autonomously, depending on certification

Guiding patients and their families in matters of wellness, preventive care, and disease management

Prescribing necessary medications and therapies while adhering to the scope of practice

Engaging in patient follow-up and chronic condition management

Partnering with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and seamless care

Maintaining detailed and accurate records within electronic medical records (EMR)

Education and Credentials

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner education program

Essential Certifications

Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Wisconsin

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a relevant certification in your specialty

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to obtain within three months)
