Your Role in This Community
Performing thorough patient evaluations and crafting personalized care strategies
Identifying and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions collaboratively with physicians or independently, as permitted by your credentials
Providing educational resources for patients and families on wellness, prevention, and chronic illness management
Prescribing necessary medications and treatments in accordance with your practice limits
Engaging in patient follow-up and chronic care initiatives
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver well-rounded, comprehensive care
Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation within electronic health records (EHR)
Educational Qualifications
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Mandatory Certifications
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days
