nOverview:
Our urgent care and occupational medicine clinic in Monterey is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide outpatient care across a wide range of urgent, orthopedic, and occupational health needs. This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with strong compensation and relocation support.
nPosition Offers:
nnSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
nCompetitive compensation: $150,000–187,000 per year (DOE)

n nKey Responsibilities:
nnEvaluate and treat urgent care and occupational medicine patients
nManage eye injuries, orthopedic injuries, and minor acute conditions
nPerform suturing, joint injections, and minor procedures
nProvide treatment for sick visits and non-emergent injuries
nConduct occupational health evaluations, including DOT-related services
nDeliver patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in an outpatient setting
nDocument patient encounters accurately in medical records
n nQualifications:
nnActive, current Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in California
n1 year of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, orthopedics, or occupational medicine preferred
nWillingness to obtain DOT certification
nStrong ability to work independently
