Your Role in Our Vision
Carrying out thorough patient assessments, coordinating diagnostic tests, and developing custom care plans
Diagnosing and managing acute or chronic conditions, either in collaboration with physicians or independently, depending on your credentials
Educating patients and families regarding preventative health, wellness strategies, and disease management
Prescribing necessary medications and therapy within your professional scope
Involvement in patient follow-up and ongoing chronic care management
Collaborating with interprofessional teams to ensure comprehensive, unified care
Accurate and detailed documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)
What You Need for This Position
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Essential Credentials
Active Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a comparable specialty
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to complete within 90 days)
