Your Responsibilities
Performing detailed patient evaluations, conducting diagnostic tests, and developing personalized care strategies
Assessing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic conditions collaboratively or independently (as permitted by your qualifications)
Guiding patients and families in areas of wellness, prevention, and management of diseases
Prescribing medications and treatments in line with your scope of practice
Engaging in patient follow-ups and chronic illness management
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams ensuring comprehensive and seamless care
Maintaining accurate and thorough records in electronic medical systems (EMR)
Educational Background
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Necessary Certifications
Valid Nurse Practitioner license for Nevada
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialization
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to secure within 90 days)
Essential Skills
Robust clinical skills combined with an empathetic approach to patient care
Outstanding communication abilities with patients, their families, and clinical teams
