Gameday Men's Health is a growing network of modern, concierge-style men's health clinics focused on helping men improve their health, performance, and quality of life.
Our Thousand Oaks and Camarillo clinics specialize in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), hormone optimization, erectile dysfunction treatment, medical weight management, peptide therapy, PRP and regenerative treatments, and vitamin and wellness therapies.
Our cash-pay model allows providers to spend more time with patients, focus on personalized care, and avoid many of the insurance and administrative burdens of traditional practice.
Role Description
We are expanding our provider team and seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for per diem coverage at our Thousand Oaks clinic.
The NP/PA will conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits, review and interpret laboratory results, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing management for patients receiving hormone and wellness therapies.
This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys patient education, building relationships, and making clear, confident treatment recommendations.
The position offers flexible per diem coverage with the potential for regularly scheduled days as patient volume continues to grow. The primary location will be Thousand Oaks, with occasional opportunities to provide coverage at our Camarillo clinic.
Qualifications
Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
Experience in hormone health, TRT, men's health, endocrinology, urology, functional medicine, or a related field strongly preferred
Comfortable interpreting hormone-related laboratory results and managing patients longitudinally
Strong patient communication and education skills
Comfortable discussing treatment options and recommendations in a concierge, cash-pay environment
Confident working independently while collaborating with the clinical team
DEA registration or ability to obtain
Reliable, professional, and comfortable adapting to clinic needs

Pay Range: $70-$85 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
