Job description
Established Family Medical Group is hiring Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for outpatient Nephrology in Goshen, NY. This role offers a predictable schedule with no nights or weekends.
Responsibilities
Manage chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and related renal conditions in an outpatient setting.
Work closely with two experienced physicians in a supportive, team-based nephrology practice.
Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
Qualifications
FNP/Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN, Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Nephrology setting.
Benefits
Salary:
$110,000 – $125,000 per year, based on experience.
