Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Outpatient Clinic, Salem, OR
Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered primary care focusing on acute, chronic, and preventative health concerns for individuals and families.
Work as part of full‑time teams in both Family Medicine and Internal Medicine clinics.
Qualifications
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Active Oregon license.
Bilingual skills preferred.
