Envision is hiring Advanced Practice Providers to join CommUnityCare’s mission‑driven team serving our Central Texas communities!
Position Profile
Active NP or PA license in Texas (required). National board certification from AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA. Clinical experience in urgent care, family medicine, emergency medicine, or internal medicine is a plus! Ability to work autonomously. Annual patient volume: 18,000. Average daily visits: 49. Double coverage model. Shifts: 7a-7p, 8a-8pm. EPIC EMR with Dragon Dictation.
