This is a full-time home clinic position (35-37.5 hours/week) at our Gastonia clinic.

Patient charting and follow-up during shifts, no work at home
Responsibilities include:
Providing primary and family evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, health counseling, and disposition planning
Administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory, follow-up, verifying insurance, and maintaining a clean environment
Handling patient appointments and routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes
Qualifications:
Minimum one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in family medicine or primary care
Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
Holistic, evidence-based care skills including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education on topics like pregnancy prevention and STI prevention
Order and administer immunizations and injections (COVID-19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide vaccine counseling
At least two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent
Complete DOT certification within 30 days of employment
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED operation
Pass a FIT test and wear respirator masks when required
Education:
Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program, with current certification and license
Preferred Qualifications:
EPIC electronic health record experience preferred
Pay Range: $87,035 - $187,460 annually, depending on experience and other factors. This role is eligible for bonuses and incentives.
