Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAPEX Wound Solutions is expanding our multidisciplinary team! We are seeking self-sufficient, motivated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver advanced, patient-centered wound care in home health and clinic settings. This is a highly autonomous role offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships.
What You Will Do
Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
Perform advanced wound care management and debridement.
Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, therapists, and home health care teams.
Educate patients and their caregivers on proper wound healing and prevention strategies.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation for all visits.
Required Qualifications
Active, unencumbered Texas NP or PA License.
Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to work independently.
Reliable transportation for local travel within the Victoria and Corpus Christi areas.
Preferred but not required: Active DEA license and previous wound care experience (highly motivated clinicians without prior wound care experience are still encouraged to apply!).
