Your Responsibilities Will Include

Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic procedures, and crafting tailored care strategies

Diagnosing and addressing acute, episodic, or chronic health issues alongside physicians or independently as credentialed

Educating patients and their families on health maintenance, preventive care, and effective disease management

Prescribing medications and implementing therapies within your professional scope

Engaging in patient follow-up and managing chronic care effectively

Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless and comprehensive care

Maintaining accurate and detailed records within electronic medical systems (EMR)

Essential Educational Qualifications

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Mandatory Certifications

Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or the capability to acquire within 90 days
