Job Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location: Pooler, GA 31322
Pay Rate: $120k-$150k
Shift: 1st
Description: Coastal Medical Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate for a unique opportunity with a well-established, wellness-focused medical practice in the Pooler and Statesboro area.
This role is ideal for providers looking to step away from high-volume, insurance-driven care and into a more personalized, patient-centered model focused on hormone optimization, preventative care, and long-term outcomes.
About the Role
Primarily in-office position with a mix of in-person and telehealth visits
Telehealth is integrated into the daily workflow and typically conducted from the clinic
Flexible onboarding with opportunity to transition into a full-time role
Low patient volume with extended visit times
Collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong support staff
Training provided in hormone therapy and integrative care
What You'll Do Conduct in-depth consultations (in-person and telehealth) for new and existing patients
Review labs, medical history, and develop personalized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
Educate patients on hormone optimization, lifestyle changes, and preventative care
Collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
What We're Looking For Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate (NP/PA)
Strong communication skills and ability to build patient relationships
Interest in functional, preventative, or integrative medicine (training provided)
Comfortable with longer, more in-depth patient visits
Coachable, team-oriented, and open to feedback
