Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP/CRNP) - Primary Care | Full-Time | Mount Airy, MD
LifeBridge Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP/CRNP) to join our established outpatient primary care practice in Mount Airy, Maryland . This hospital-employed opportunity offers a collaborative, team-based environment where you'll work alongside board-certified Family Medicine physicians and experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

The Opportunity
100% outpatient primary care - no inpatient responsibilities
No weekend or holiday clinic hours
Telephone call only with a shared 1:10 call schedule
Collaborate with experienced Family Medicine physicians and APPs
Practice in a modern, state-of-the-art medical pavilion with on-site specialty services for patients
Ambient AI documentation technology to reduce charting time and improve work-life balance
Supportive leadership with an emphasis on quality patient care
Compensation
Base salary: $110,000-$130,000, based on experience
Additional production and performance incentive bonuses

Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Active Maryland CRNP license (or eligibility to obtain)
Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or appropriate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner certification
Minimum of 2 years of outpatient Primary Care experience preferred
Excellent communication, clinical, and collaborative skills
Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care
