nnnPractice outpatient Primary Care at the full scope of your license

nnFull-time position, Monday through Friday
n
nn36 patient contact hours each week
n
nn18-22 patients per day on average
n
nnEPIC EMR system with Dragon dictation and AI notetaking
n
nnDedicated MA team for rooming and support
n
nnOnsite lab and pharmacy resource support for medication refills
n

nRequired Qualifications:
nnnUnrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant license or ability to obtain prior to start date
n
nnNational Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP; OR Physician Assistant national certification through NCCPA
n
nnCurrent DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start date
n
nnCurrent BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start date
n
n nPreferred Qualifications:
nnnExperience in providing patient care under a Value Based Care Model
n
nnExperience in outpatient Primary Care
n
nnKnowledge of HEDIS measures, CAHPS, HOS, HCC Coding documentation
n
nnProficient in Medicare Annual Wellness visits
n
nnProficient in EMR systems & technology (EPIC Preferred)
n
n nThe salary range for this role is $104,500 to $156,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
