Responsibilities You Will Embrace
Completing thorough patient assessments and crafting personalized treatment strategies
Identifying and managing acute, chronic, or episodic conditions, either in collaboration with physicians or independently as per your credentials
Guiding patients and their families on health maintenance, prevention strategies, and disease management
Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies within your practice guidelines
Engaging in chronic care management and patient follow-up
Working collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Meticulously documenting patient interactions and care within electronic health records (EHR)
Educational Qualifications
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Essential Certifications
Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Nevada
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or similar specialty
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
