Your Responsibilities
Administering thorough patient evaluations, facilitating diagnostic procedures, and crafting personalized care regimens
Identifying and addressing acute, episodic, or chronic health challenges in collaboration with physicians or independently based on your qualifications
Educating patients and their families on disease prevention, wellness, and effective disease management
Prescribing necessary medications and therapies within the limits of your practice
Engaging in ongoing patient follow-up and chronic care management efforts
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, holistic care
Accurately documenting patient information within the electronic medical records (EMR) system
Educational Background
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program
Essential Certifications
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Utah
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or the ability to obtain within 90 days
