Your Responsibilities
Performing thorough patient evaluations, recommending necessary diagnostic tests, and developing tailored care plans
Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic health issues in collaboration with physicians or independently (pending credentialing)
Instructing patients and their families on wellness, preventive measures, and managing diseases
Prescribing medications and therapies within your professional scope
Active participation in chronic care management and patient follow-ups
Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee comprehensive care
Meticulously documenting patient information using electronic medical records (EMR)
Qualifications Required
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Essential Certifications
Current Nurse Practitioner license in California
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a comparable specialty designation
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to achieve within 90 days)
