Your Daily Contributions

Carrying out detailed patient evaluations, ordering essential diagnostic procedures, and creating tailored care strategies

Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic health issues in coordination with medical professionals or as an independent provider (depending on credentials)

Providing wellness education and guidance on disease prevention to patients and their families

Prescribing treatment and medications in line with your professional scope

Engaging in patient follow-up and chronic care management initiatives

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care

Accurately documenting patient information in electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications Required

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Washington

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to acquire within 90 days)

Essential Skills for Success

Strong clinical judgment combined with a caring approach to patient interactions

Exceptional communication abilities with patients, families, and medical staff

Flexibility in fast-paced, patient-oriented environments

Familiarity with EMR systems and proficient use of telehealth technology

A collaborative spirit and a commitment to evidence-based practices
