Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) | Corporate Health | Midtown Manhattan
nWork Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York, NY.
nCommutable From: Stamford, CT and surrounding areas.
nEmployment Type: Full-Time, W-2.
nPay Range: Starting from $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
nSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.
nBenefits: PTO, sick time, and 401(k).
nNo weekends. No on-call.
nPlease note: This position is being advertised in the Stamford, CT market for qualified candidates interested in commuting to Midtown Manhattan. The position itself is fully onsite in New York City.
nA Different Kind of Advanced Practice Role
nWe are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to support an onsite employee health and wellness clinic in a professional corporate setting in Midtown Manhattan.
nUnlike a traditional high-volume primary care or urgent care setting, this role focuses on supporting employees during the workday through preventive services, health screenings, point-of-care testing, wellness education, and appropriate evaluation of acute health concerns.

n nResponsibilities:
nnRespond to onsite medical situations involving employees.
nAdminister vaccines (including flu and COVID) pursuant to standing orders/protocols and documentation requirements.
nPerform rapid point-of-care testing, including COVID, flu, strep, glucose, and cholesterol testing as needed.
nSupport biometric screenings and preventive health services.
nProvide lifestyle coaching related to nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, and long-term wellness support to employees in accordance with program guidelines.
nRecommend appropriate follow-up care or referrals.
nManage patient appointments and workflows.
nMaintain and manage onsite medical equipment and supplies.
nEnsure proper storage, restocking, and compliance with policies.
nEnsure accurate documentation and adherence to protocols.
nMaintain confidentiality of health information and comply with applicable privacy and security requirements (HIPAA and related policies).
n nQualifications:
nnActive and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse / Nurse Practitioner license with eligibility to practice in New York.
nGraduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or advanced practice nursing program.
nCurrent national board certification appropriate to the provider's specialty.
nCurrent BLS (CPR) certification.
nExperience in family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, or a similar setting.
nKnowledgeable with common health concerns such as blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, and preventive care.
nComfortable practicing independently within established protocols and scope of practice.
nExcellent communication and patient education skills.
nStrong documentation and organizational skills.
nAbility to work effectively in a professional corporate environment.
nMust be able to reliably commute to Midtown Manhattan.
