Your Impactful Role
Conducting thorough patient evaluations, initiating diagnostic testing, and crafting personalized care strategies
Diagnosing and treating a range of health issues, whether independently or in collaboration with physicians based on your credentials
Offering education on wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management to patients and their families
Prescribing medications and therapies as permitted under your professional scope
Engaging in follow-up care and managing long-term health conditions
Working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care
Accurate and thorough documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
Educational Credentials
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Graduated from a nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Necessary Certifications
Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Washington State
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or related specialty
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or the ability to obtain within 90 days
