nOverview:
Our practice in Van Nuys is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to manage a continuity patient panel with full-lifespan primary care, from pediatrics through geriatrics. This role works alongside our founding physician and offers comprehensive compensation and benefits.
nPosition Offers:
nnSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
nCompetitive salary: $160,000–185,000 annually (DOE)

n nKey Responsibilities:
nnManage a continuity patient panel with full-lifespan care
nPerform comprehensive physical exams, annual physicals, well-woman exams, and Pap smears
nDiagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
nOrder and interpret labs, EKGs, and diagnostic studies
nProvide preventive care and patient education
nSupport the founding physician and overall clinic operations
nReview and sign prior authorizations and patient forms prepared by the operations team
nMaintain timely documentation, with all patient notes signed within 24 hours
n nQualifications:
nnActive, current Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in California (FNP or equivalent)
nNational certification (AANP or ANCC)
nDEA registration, or ability to obtain
nMinimum 3 years of outpatient primary care or family medicine experience required; 4+ years preferred. New graduates will not be considered
nStrong documentation, time-management skills, and EMR experience
nSpanish-speaking preferred
