Nurse Practitioner (NP) Women's Health
South of New Orleans, LA
Overview:
Our women's health practice south of New Orleans is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive gynecological and reproductive health care. This full-time role offers a consistent Monday Friday schedule, with a shortened Friday, within a supportive clinical team.
Position Offers:
Schedule: Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM 1:00 PM
Competitive salary: $120 000 per year (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage hormone therapy
Treat abnormal uterine bleeding
Perform pap smears, endometrial biopsies, and colposcopies
Insert and manage IUDs
Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits
Provide birth control management, including prescription refills
Qualifications:
Active, current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Louisiana
Current national certification as a WHNP-BC or FNP-BC/FNP-C
Minimum 3 years of WHNP/gynecology-focused experience
Continuing education in women's health or gynecology preferred
