Professional Nurse Practitioner / Board-Certified APRN

Your Role Will Include:
Delivering Comprehensive Patient Care:
Perform detailed physical exams and health assessments
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Order and interpret lab tests and imaging
Create individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications and necessary therapies
Provide preventive services including screenings and wellness counseling
Educating & Empowering Patients:
Counsel patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and healthy living
Guide patients through chronic disease management
Encourage lifestyle improvements for long-term wellness
Collaborating with Healthcare Teams:
Partner with physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals
Contribute clinical insights in team meetings and treatment planning
Support nursing and care staff with mentorship and clinical oversight
Monitoring & Adjusting Care:
Track patient progress and modify care plans as needed
Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems
Adhere to HIPAA and compliance regulations
Stay up to date on medical research and best practices
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited NP program
Active Washington Nurse Practitioner license
National Board Certification (e.g., FNP, AGNP, etc.)
BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
Strong diagnostic, communication, and decision-making skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
