Job description
Position Overview:
Start date: ASAP
Standard: 4 day
Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop and implement patient care plans
Prescribe medications and treatments (as authorized)
Provide patient education and preventive care
Work independently or collaboratively within a care team
Job Requirements:
Master s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Requirements: Are Board Certifications Required: Yes, NCCPA or BC-NP with RNFA certification
Certifications Required (BLS / ACLS / etc.): BLS, ACLS
Specific Skills Required: EVH (endoscopic vein harvesting) for coronary artery bypass procedures, first assist in cardiovascular and vascular surgical cases, provide intraoperative support to surgeons, collaborate with multidisciplinary OR and CV teams.
CSR Required: Yes, OK OBN
DEA Required: Yes
Minimum Experience Req d (# of years): 2 years
