Job description
The Duke Center for Onco-Primary Care seeks skilled Advanced Practice Providers (NPs or PAs) to deliver outpatient cancer survivorship care across multiple Duke Health sites, including DCi Cancer Center in Durham and telehealth options.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, survivorship planning, and coordination with oncology and primary care teams in a shared care model. The role offers 8:00 am–5:00 pm hours, no on-call, and a hybrid work arrangement after on-site training.
