nUnityPoint Clinic is a physician-led, nonprofit health care organization offering comprehensive services in primary care, walk-in care and specialty care. nnnHealthy Hometown Grant recipient; this role is a 5 year commitment minimum

nnFull-time patient position, including dedicated administrative time for notes, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
n
nnFully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
n
n nResponsibilities
nnnAverage of 12-14 patients per day; no nights or weekends
n
nnAbility to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
n
nnPatient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
n
nnExcellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
n
n nQualifications
nnnBoard Certified Nurse Practitioner
n
nnOncology experience preferred
n
nnSuccessful applicants must be new to working as a Healthcare Provider in rural Iowa
n
nnHold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa
n
nnHold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
n
nnEligible to work in the United States
